Shipping and Handling Policy

All orders will be shipped via Fedex Ground Service (or USPS for small items) within 1-7 business days from the date of order. It may take 5-7 business days to arrive defend on location.

Custom made cues and shafts may take up to 3 months to produce. We will notify you when your order is ready to be shipped.

Currently, We DO NOT ship to APO/FPO/PO Box, Puerto Rico or any other country outside the USA. If you have any inquiry to ship to any type of addresses above, please contact us for details. We are still working on accepting order from outside of USA.

If you are living in SW Houston, Texas, we can arrange pickup to save shipping cost. Pickup is allowed through phone order only (No pickup for online order). Payment must be received by the time of pickup.


Return and Exchange Policy

The returned or exchanged item must not have been used and must be in its original condition and not modified in any way. Shipping cost is non-refundable. You may, within one week of receiving your shipment:

  • Contact us for Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Do not return any item until an RMA is issued
  • Return it for a refund, less a 15% for restocking fee.
  • Exchange for an item which is of the same or greater value.

Custom cue orders will not be refunded.

Free shipping will not apply on returned or exchanged items.

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to insufficient stock. Price and availability are subject to change without prior notice.


Sale Taxes

All Texas customers must pay state and local taxes. For more information sale taxes in Texas please visit Office of The Comptroller. If you reside out of Texas, you don't have to pay sale taxes. If you have any question regarding state taxes, do not hesitate contact us.
